Food Distribution Drive

In our endeavour to mitigate the impact of Covid 19 on the education and nutrition of children, we conducted food distribution drives at all three branches of Pragati today.

All the parents were given ration and stationery for their families.

The Covid situation and the lockdown has had a devastating impact on these families.

Over the last few days, we received several distress calls from the children at Pragati, who explained that they had no ration or money in their house and were witnessing their parent’s struggle to get two meals on the table.

Given the dire situation, the team swiftly took action and organised food drives. We received a tremendous response from the parents and, in the coming days, we plan to have more such food drives. In addition, we hope to help the children’s families with a monetary contribution to support them in these troubled times.
