Our Operations
Pragati operates through four Government School buildings in Gurgaon, delivering holistic education to students from Nursery to Class 5. Our aim is to bridge learning gaps and ensure that children achieve age-appropriate academic levels while acquiring essential 21st-century skills.
We complement the Haryana Board curriculum with an enhanced educational program that includes:
- Remedial teaching to support foundational learning
- English communication to build language proficiency
- Computer education for digital literacy
- STEM programs to foster scientific thinking and problem-solving
- Extracurricular activities such as music, dance, and other creative arts to promote all-round development
A dedicated team of volunteers and program implementers ensures the effective delivery of our curriculum, tailored to meet the diverse needs of every child.
Each of the four schools operated by Pragati includes three indoor classrooms within the main building and four additional classrooms outdoors. All classrooms are fully equipped with tables, chairs, blackboards, and soft boards to support a conducive learning environment.
The schools also feature open playgrounds, providing ample space for children to engage in physical activities and free play.
Each school houses a well-equipped computer lab that can accommodate 25 students at a time and smart boards supporting digital literacy from an early age. Library books and art materials, stored in small cupboards, have been generously donated by individuals, fostering reading habits and creativity among students.
A centrally located kitchen provides filtered drinking water for all, tea for staff, and nutritional supplements—including milk, fruit, eggs, and biscuits—to all students. These are served alongside the midday meal, which is distributed daily by the government.
